Fun Resin Art Coming Soon!

This paw print was my first attempt at a project and service I hope to offer in the future. If you look closely at the side, the entirety of what makes up the white color inside are tufts of one of my cats’ fur (Don’t worry. They fell off while the boys were playing with each other. No cats were harmed in the collection of this soft fluff). Because Romeo, my cat, has pink toe beans, I made the toe beans on the paw pink as well.

The purpose behind this project is to be able to offer a memorial trinket for people who have lost their dearly loved pet companions, to have a bit of their fur in a trinket to keep with them always. Does this sound like something you would be interested in? I would love your support in order to make it a reality!

This sparkly moon was my first experimentation using UV resin, and it works SOOOO much faster than epoxy. I was surprised how quickly I was able to make this. I just have to remember to let the bubbles settle out, as I trapped one in the moon. It definitely looks gorgeous when backlit, though!

This piece is my last experimentation with epoxy resin. While that resin is the most durable, its unpredictability leaves it wasting a good chunk of my time. However, I am happy with how this dandelion poof piece turned out, despite the clear line in the middle.
